The Lower Court was one of the [[Midnight Courts]] and [[Bleak Courts]] of [[Arcadia]], founded in the early [[Dark Age]]. It was founded by the [[Fey God]], [[The Porcelain Queen]], c. NIR 1400. It was later fused with [[The Bone Court]] as part of [[The Concordance]], c. NIR 1750, to become one of the [[Concordant Courts]], called [[The Lower Bone Court]].

The Court was an exploration of the [[Strange Essence]] of Location. It was founded on a philosophy of misplacement. The Porcelain Queen believed that nothing meaningful is ever where it is supposed to be, so only by being lost can something find its true meaning. She was obsessed with lost things. The Court was populated by [[Offlings]].
