Overview

Yawning Darkness (Enchiridian, Furytongue: Urakkir \ˈu:rʌkirˈ\, meaning tireless climb), also known as Hooked Crawler, gets its name from its association with chasms and darkness. Lore about Yawning Darkness is rare and incomplete. It comes primarily from the Dragons and Immortals who have had interactions with the Titan.

History

Yawning Darkness was a Titan in the Lost Age who was subsequently imprisoned by the Founders, like all Titans, in the Foundation War during the First Age. It has remained imprisoned ever since.

Description

• Realm Form: An endless cliff wall over and endless space creating an endless chasm, with details based on core aspects, such as:
  • Iron vines that grow when moved
  • Oil falls pour from cracks in the chasm wall
  • Echo vaults, where sounds echo for thousands of years
• Avatar Form: A lithe and elongated feminine form wearing a smooth iron mask with thick coils of vine-like hair. It has hooks for hands and hangs from the chasm wall as it climbs on wiry limbs.

Personality

Yawning Darkness was known to be a restrained Titan. It never spoke and observed with an uneasy persistence.
