Some spells have special functions in the setting. They are defined below.

Detect Magic: When cast by a Herald, you can sense certain qualities of your domain. For example, a Herald of Form can sense the health of the local Telar, and sense a trail you can attempt to follow (with skill checks). Another example, a Herald of Summer or Winter could sense changes in season before they happen.
Speak with Animals: When cast by a Herald of Form, animals you speak with will automatically share with you the location of the nearest Telar, if they know. You don't have to persuade them.
