Heralds (Enchiridian) get their name from the fact that they are meant to be champions and defenders of the Integrum.

Lore about Heralds is extensive and accurate. They are probably the best understood Path to Power in the universe, as the source of their power is knowledge held by Gods and Template:Category Servitors, and has been studied by Template:Category Arcanists and the Heralds themselves.

Heralds did not exist until the Template:Category Shattered Age. They were created by the Founders to assist with the repair of the Integrum after The Shattering, by distributing the power to maintain the Template:Category Grand Designs throughout the Template:Category Shards.
