Overview

Autumn (Enchiridian) is one of the nine grand designs of the integrum. It is named for its influence over death and decay. It is mediated by the underworld rivers of the shards.

Lore about the grand design of autumn is plentiful and accurate. The gods, servitors, and heralds understand the function of autumn well, and it has been studied.

Cosmology

Like all grand designs, autumn only exists in the context of the integrum. It's influence over the shards is mediated by the underworld rivers, giant rivers that collect the waters of life from the shards and send them into the falls of the Crucible.

Autumn energies are mediated by water substance and gravity. Gravity in the shards is governed by the pull of life bringing water out of clouds and the pull of death bringing water out of the shard and into the rivers of the underworlds.

The grand design of autumn is maintained by wraith servitors.
