The Court of Repose is one of the seven active Bleak Courts of Arcadia, formed in the early Dark Age. It was founded by the Fey God, The Sleeping Queen, c. NIR 1390. The Court is one of the ten active Midnight Courts.

The Court is an exploration of the Strange Essence of Orientation. It is founded on a philosophy of transcendence. The Sleeping Queen believes that meaning is only found by escaping the prison of consciousness. She is obsessed with drugs and hallucation. The Court is populated by Nodders.
