Overview

Heroes' Rest (Commontongue), or simply The Rest, is named for its intention to be a paradise for the immortals that allied with the Founders during the Foundation War of the First Age.

Lore about The Rest is rare and incomplete. No Immortals have escaped from The Rest to provide information about it, and none still within the Integrum experienced its creation.

History

The Rest was created during the First Age after the Founders won the Foundation War. To earn the allegiance of the Immortals in the Foundation War, the Founders promised them an existence free of the tyranny of the titans and outside of the manipulations of the Contest Eternal. This freedom would be the realm of The Rest, home realm for the immortals within the Integrum.

Cosmology

The Rest is an Integral realm, created by the Founders during the First Age. As such, the Immortal had to be given Integral bodies so that they could interact with the realm in a way that did not corrupt or damage it. The Rest is one of the barrier realms.

Geography

Nothing is known about the geography of The Rest, as no one in existence has been into or out of the realm since its creation and initial inhabitation.

Inhabitants

The only known inhabitants of The Rest are the immortals and whatever flora and fauna were part of the creation of the realm.
