Overview

Winter (Commontongue) is one of the nine Grand Designs of the Integrum. It is named for its influence over cold weather. It is mediated by the glacial Ice Hearts of the Shards.

Cosmology

Like all Grand Designs, winter only exists in the context of The Integrum. It's influence over the shards is mediated by the Ice Hearts, enormous glaciers that emit cold Winter energies that influence the nature of the realms.

Winter energies are mediated by the substance of wind and have the following effects on the Shards:

Physical: ice, stillness
Social: apathy, sorrow
Weather: cold, snow
