This category enumerates the Servitors of Day, known as Angels.

Overview

Angels (Enchiridian) are the Servitors of the Grand Design of Day.

Like most Servitor races, lore about Angels is plentiful and accurate, coming from Gods, Heralds, and the Servitors themselves.

History

Angels do not have a history significantly different from other Servitors.

Cosmology

Angels are Servitors of Day, and so have powers associated with light, courage, truth, cooperation, generosity, and leadership.

Society

Angels do not have a society of their own, but some Sovereigns have joined mortal or divine societies.

Ecology

Angels all appear as winged mortals. The type of mortal they appear as depends on the Shard where they manifest. For example, an Angel that manifests in Acrolon would appear like a winged Human. The more powerful the Angel the more wings their forms have.

Other than their appearance, Angels have the same ecology as other Servitors.

Varieties

  • Sunborn: The rarest and most powerful variety of Angel, primarily found on the Sun of a Shard. They have three pairs of wings.
  • Lightborn: An uncommon and powerful variety of Angel, which can be found throughout the Shard. They have two pairs of wings.
  • Dawnling: The most common and least powerful variety of Angel, often found throughout the Shard. They have a single pair of wings.
