The Court of Half Tomorrows is one of the seven active Bleak Courts of Arcadia, formed in the middle Dark Age by the magical catastrophe known as The Concordance, c. NIR 1750. It is one of the four active Concordant Courts. It is a fusion of two Midnight Courts, specifically The Half Court and The Court of Tomorrow.

The Court is a Bleak exploration of the Strange Essences of Relation and Time. It is founded on a philosophy of incompletion. Its twin rulers, The Never Queen and The Promised King believe that meaning can only be found in the metaphor "journey, not destination" - only by endlessly approaching purpose can it be found. Their obsessions are with quests, preferably the endless kind. The Court is populated by Changelings and Fetchlings.
