Lore about Bleak Gods is more common than other Strange Gods, as Bleak Courts take an interest in [[Mortals]].

| Bleak Gods came into existence not long after Acradia was settled in the early [[Dark Age]], after Elves naturalized into Arcadians and eight of them ascended to become Strange Gods. They have been meddling in the affairs of Mortals ever since.

| Bleak Gods are cosmologically very similar to other Strange Gods, gaining access to incredible power through some Strange insight or enlightenment. Their powers and abilities follow a sort of dream logic with respect to their origins and areas of interest.
