Overview

Bastion (Enchiridian) is named for its apparent function as a frontier fortress for the founders.

Lore about Bastion is nearly nonexistent. The only creature in existence that has been inside is Aeon.

History

Bastion arrived in the universe at the beginning of the First Age. As The Apparatus unfolded from Bastion to form the Great Barrier during Integration, Bastion has remained there as one of the barrier realms ever since.

Cosmology

Bastion is believed to be the heart of The Apparatus. Only servitors and founders have ever emerged from it and none have reported what is inside.

It is the vessel that the founders arrived to the universe in.

Geography

It is a vast tower of truemetal rising above the bronze shores of a lake of glass. The metal spaces around Bastion are known as the Concordant Fields, which is where the founders held audience with the gods of the Integrum.

Inhabitants

There are no known inhabitants of Bastion.
