Nortongue was spoken by the Humans that awakened in [[Acrolon]] at the start of the [[Shattered Age]]. In the latter Shattered Age a cultural shift to [[Imperial]] took place, as a result of the rise of the [[Empire of Acrolon]], and Nortongue fell out of use.
