Overview

Nortongue (Enchiridian, Nortongue: Nortalan meaning speech of the nor) was the ancient language once used by the original human people. It is now only rarely understood by the most enthusiastic scholars of the ancient world. It is inspired by Old Norse.

History

Nortongue was spoken by the humans of Acrolon for the first half of the Shattered Age, after which a cultural shift to Imperial took place, as a result of the rise of the Empire of Acrolon.
