The Lower Bone Court

The Lower Bone Court is one of the seven active Bleak Courts of Arcadia, formed in the middle Dark Age by the magical catastrophe known as The Concordance, c. NIR 1750. It is one of the four active Concordant Courts. It is a fusion two Midnight Courts, specifically The Lower Court and The Bone Court.

The Court is a Bleak exploration of the Strange Essences of Location and Substance. It is founded on a philosophy of impermanence. Its twin rulers, The Porcelain Queen and The Grey King believe that meaning is only possible because things do not last forever. Their obsessions are with mortal death. The Court is populated by Offlings and Greyfolk.
