This category enumerates the seven Bright Courts of Arcadia.
This category enumerates those Fey Courts of Arcadia which have (or had) a Bright inflection.

Overview
All Fey Courts are defined by the philosophy of Fey God that founded the Court. After The War of Erasure, or more specifically the Reframing by The Concordant Queen, these philosophies are split into Bleak and Bright inflections.

The Bright Courts (Commontongue) are named for their generally pleasant or positive outlooks and personalities. Though it should be noted that like all Strange creatures, even Bright Court creatures are unpredictable and whimsical. Lore about The Bright Courts is more common and more complete than most Strange lore, because Bright Courts seem especially interested in the affairs of Mortals.
The philosophies of Bright Courts tend to be aspirational, optimistic, and consuming. They appear more pleasant (or at least less dangerous) to Integral observation, but like all Strange thought, they are extremely unsustainable and unhealthy ideologies for mortals.

History
The Bright Courts were formed in the early Dark Age, when some Elves of Pelithos migrated across The Strange Sea in search of a refuge from The Endless Night. These Elven pilgrims found and settled the Realm of Arcadia. Over time, they were altered, shedding their Mortal minds, bodies, and souls, becoming creatures of Strange, Arcadians. About half of these Arcadians became The Bright Courts. Some few of these Bright Court Arcadians became Strange Gods known as Bright Gods.

They have meddled in affairs of the universe throughout the Dark Age and Dawn Age.

Governance
The Bright Courts are ruled by a council of Bright Gods and their delegates. They plot and plan how the Bright Courts of Arcadia should function, and against their enemies in the Bleak Courts. The Bright Court rulers meet in The Palace of Delights, which is connected to all of the Bright Realms of Arcadia.

Society
Bright Courts are divided into twelve specific courts. Each court shares a shared cultural strata of social organization.

* Regals: At the top of Bright Court society are the Regals, the Bright Gods who are the Kings and Queens of the Courts.
* Nobles: Below the Regals are the Nobles. These are Arcadian bureaucrats and managers. Since there are no conventional Strange families, Nobles are conceptual dynasties. Conceptual titles and legacies are called Baronies, Principalities, Duchies, et cetera.
* Courtiers: Below Nobles are the Courtiers. These are Arcadian artisans and laborers. They are also grouped around sub-conceptual interests called Warrens.

Economics
Arcadian economies are the stuff of fairy tales: trading in names, memories, voices, and similar Strange gifts.

Geography
Arcadia does not have a spatially coherent geography. Its regions are connected more by dream logic than spatial logic. There are however several notable regions of Arcadia associated with the Bright Courts.

This category enumerates those Fey Courts of Arcadia which have (or had) a Bright inflection.

All Fey Courts are defined by the philosophy of Fey God that founded the Court. After The War of Erasure, or more specifically the Reframing by The Concordant Queen, these philosophies are split into Bleak and Bright inflections.

The philosophies of Bright Courts tend to be aspirational, optimistic, and consuming. They appear more pleasant (or at least less dangerous) to Integral observation, but like all Strange thought, they are extremely unsustainable and unhealthy ideologies for mortals.
